What are AI credits for?
Credits are used for supported AI tools in Mindwell Journal, such as summarizing an entry or suggesting follow-up questions. These tools are coming soon. Credit use varies by tool; a pack is a number of credits, not a promise of the same number of actions.
Do I need to change my subscription?
No. Credit packs are separate, one-time purchases. You can add purchased credits without changing your subscription. Your Account shows your monthly allowance, remaining balance, and available purchase options.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire. Mindwell uses your included monthly credits first, then your purchased balance. Monthly credits reset separately; your Account shows the reset date.
Where do I buy credits or check my balance?
Sign in to Mindwell Account and open Billing. The AI credits section shows your monthly and purchased balances and lets you choose an available pack. Taxes and the final total are shown in secure checkout.
