Mindwell operates and supports multiple products and services across wellness, social media, care discovery, provider tools, and related experiences. As a champion of human agency, we operate a single account system across services to make your life easier as you progress on your journey in personal growth and wellness.

You decide which participating Mindwell services you use. Signing in to one service does not automatically activate unrelated products, create profiles in every service, or subscribe you to every Mindwell offering. Where a service requires a separate enrollment, profile, subscription, consent, or onboarding process, you will be asked before that service is activated. You may be able to leave an individual service while continuing to use your Mindwell account for other services. You may also request deletion of your full Mindwell account. Deleting your full account may affect your ability to access every service connected to it.

Before accessing each service, you will be asked to agree with the service's terms, privacy policy, and any other applicable agreements. Joining each service requires opting in. You will never be automatically enrolled in a service without your consent. Some basic account information may be used across participating services when necessary to recognize your account and provide secure access. This may include information such as your internal account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, login and security settings, account status, connected services, and information required to prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

User generated content, personal information, and other data you provide to a service is never shared across services without your consent.

You are not automatically enrolled in every service that accepts Mindwell sign-in. When you choose to use a new service, you may be asked to:

Your Mindwell account provides the sign-in foundation. It does not replace the choices, disclosures, and permissions that may be required for a particular service.

Where supported, you may leave an individual service without deleting your full Mindwell account. Leaving a service may result in loss of access to that service, cancellation of service-specific settings or preferences, removal or deactivation of your product profile, deletion or retention of certain information according to the applicable policy, and continued access to other services connected to your Mindwell account.

Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Before completing a deletion or disconnection request, we will aim to explain which services and information may be affected.

You can use the Mindwell Account Center to review and manage your account.

In the account center you may be able to update your name and contact information, change your email address, change or reset your password, manage sign-in methods, enable additional security protections, review connected services, manage communication preferences, review active sessions or devices, leave an individual service, request a copy of eligible account information, delete information associated with a service, or delete your full Mindwell account.

You may delete your account at Mindwell Account Center or from the Mindwell Mobile App.

Note that deleting your account may prevent you from signing in to connected services, remove or deactivate your shared account profile, disconnect participating services, affect subscriptions or professional access, and begin deletion processes for eligible account information. Some information may not be deleted immediately or may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Mindwell uses account information to provide sign-in, maintain account security, connect you with the services you choose to use, and operate the Mindwell platform. Depending on how you use Mindwell, information may be processed for purposes such as:

Different services may collect additional information for their own specific purposes. Please review the privacy notice presented by the service you are using, along with Mindwell's general Privacy Policy, for more detail.

Mindwell centralizes important account-security functions so that participating services can use a consistent authentication system. You can help protect your account by using a strong and unique password, protecting access to your email account, and reviewing unexpected login or recovery messages carefully.

Only enter your Mindwell credentials on official Mindwell account pages. Official Mindwell domains include:

A participating service may redirect you to auth.mindwell.ai to complete sign-in and then return you to the service you were using. Mindwell will never ask you to send your password through email, text message, or customer support. Mindwell will only send essential communications related to your account from email that end in @mindwell.ai.

Mindwell services may have different minimum-age requirements depending on the service, country, and type of information involved. Some services may not be intended for children. Others may require consent from a parent, guardian, organization, or other authorized person. Review the terms and notices for the specific service before creating an account for or allowing use by a minor.

Some Mindwell services are intended for therapists, care providers, clinics, organizations, administrators, or other professionals. A professional account may require additional verification, approval, role assignment, or organizational authorization.

Having a Mindwell account does not by itself verify a professional license, approve a provider profile, establish an employment relationship, or grant access to restricted professional tools. Professional and organization access may be managed separately from ordinary consumer access.
