About future backup optionsNo. Entries kept local to your phone remain there until they are backed up. Check your mobile cloud settings and the backup status of the entries you want to access elsewhere.
Supported media can sync when it is included in cloud backup and fits your plan’s limits. Uploads need an internet connection and may take longer than text. A local attachment is not available on another device until its upload completes.
It can take time, especially for media or a slow connection. Check save and sync status before moving between devices. If an entry has changed in two places, resolve the conflict before continuing.
Cloud allowances and media limits vary by plan. Free accounts have basic cloud limits, while paid plans provide more room. The pricing comparison lists the current allowances.
