Mindwell Website Terms
Terms for personal and noncompeting use of Mindwell’s website, prompts, and Learn content.
Updated October 1, 2026
About These Terms
Mindwell World LLC operates mindwell.ai. These terms cover the public website, including Learn articles, the prompt library, and marketing and information pages. By using these parts of the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Mindwell Find has separate Find Terms. The existing Journal Terms govern the Journal product; these website terms do not replace them or any separate professional or subscription agreement.
Personal Use & Sharing
We encourage sharing. People, bots, and automated services may share links to Mindwell, recommend our pages, and share individual prompts for others to use. You do not need to ask permission or pay a fee for these uses, and there is no fixed limit on the number of legitimate shares.
Personal use, accessibility, education, and other noncompeting informational uses are welcome subject to the specific rules below. Credit Mindwell and link to the source when publicly sharing its material. Preserve relevant notices and distinguish your own changes or commentary. This permission covers only rights Mindwell can grant; it does not include private information, third-party material we cannot license, or a right to imply an affiliation.
Sharing permission does not extend to harvesting content, reconstructing a library or database, or training AI. Ordinary message history, personal bookmarks, and technical storage needed to deliver an allowed share are permitted; those exceptions cannot be used to operate a collection or data service.
Different Content, Different Permissions
- Prompts: people may browse and use the public selection, and people or bots may share individual prompts. The prompt collection may not be harvested or reused as another library, database, or AI training source.
- Find’s Directory: individual profiles may be discovered and shared. Harvesting listings or rebuilding a directory or provider database requires permission. See Find Terms.
- Learn & Other Public Information: articles, marketing, mission, and vision pages are open to crawling, discovery, discussion, and sharing as described below, subject to copyright, attribution, and the training restriction.
Search & AI Discovery
Search engines, AI search and answer services, and tools reading on a user's behalf may crawl our public pages to help people discover Mindwell and its content. They may display links, titles, brief excerpts, and concise summaries, with clear attribution and links to the original pages. This includes our marketing, mission and vision pages, and Learn articles.
People, bots, and automated services may share links, generate sharing previews, and help others discover our pages. AI may view and crawl public prompts to help someone find, discuss, or share a prompt. Technical caches and internal indexes reasonably needed to deliver those links, previews, and search results are permitted. This limited permission does not authorize an independently reusable content library, directory, database, data feed, or training corpus, or an interface that serves extracted collections instead of directing people to Mindwell.
Crawlers must identify themselves accurately, respect applicable robots.txt directives, rate limits, and access controls, and avoid excessive traffic. This permission covers public pages, not accounts, private information, signed-in features, or non-public endpoints. We may restrict a crawler that misuses the service.
Sharing, search indexing, and AI-generated summaries are different from training a model. The discovery permission does not authorize AI training or fine-tuning. A public URL, accessible response, or Allow directive in robots.txt does not expand these permissions. Uses expressly allowed here do not require a separate request.
Share Prompts; Do Not Harvest The Library
The public prompt selection is available for people to browse and use. You may copy and share individual prompts, including their full text, through our sharing buttons or your own messages, posts, and automated sharing tools. You may also include individual prompts in noncompeting educational or informational work with attribution. Permission to share is not permission to assemble or distribute a substitute prompt library.
Without Mindwell’s prior written permission, do not scrape, download in bulk, systematically transcribe, or otherwise collect prompt text, descriptions, categories, tags, or collection structure to create, populate, update, sell, or distribute another library, database, dataset, or content feed. This applies to bots, scripts, AI agents, manual collection, and third-party services, even for free or noncompeting projects.
Do not use our prompts to develop, seed, enrich, maintain, or supply a competing prompt library, journaling or reflection product, or prompt-data service. Repeated small collections, translation, paraphrasing, or mixing our prompts with other sources does not authorize these uses. Organizing shared posts into a substitute catalog or bulk export is also subject to these restrictions.
These rules cover prompt content delivered through pages, scripts, files, APIs, and other responses, including resources on another hostname. Viewing and crawling for permitted sharing and discovery are allowed, including reading a prompt to answer someone’s request. That permission does not allow extracting the prompt texts as a reusable collection or retaining them for model training.
Learn, Marketing & Our Vision
We welcome discovery and discussion of our Learn articles, marketing material, mission, and vision. You may crawl and index these pages, link to them, quote excerpts with attribution, summarize them in your own words, and use their information in personal work and noncompeting products. Search and AI services may cite and summarize these pages to help people learn about Mindwell.
Reading, discussing, or learning from these pages is permitted regardless of where you work. We do not claim ownership of ideas or facts. Copyright still applies to original expression: republishing complete articles, images, or substantial collections of original text beyond the permissions above requires the rights holder’s permission unless applicable law permits it. Attribution alone does not authorize a complete copy.
No AI Training; Your Writing Remains Yours
Without Mindwell’s prior written permission, do not use our website content or prompt collection to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models, or create or supply a training corpus. This applies to commercial and noncommercial projects, whether or not they compete with Mindwell. Do not arrange for a third party to do this.
AI-assisted sharing, summaries, and search discovery remain permitted under the conditions above. That permission does not extend to model training, bulk prompt retrieval datasets, or reconstructing the collection through embeddings, synthetic prompts, or model-generated rewrites. A bot that both shares and trains must keep training outside this permission.
You retain any rights you have in your own writing, including responses to prompts. These terms do not prohibit independently creating original prompts, and they do not authorize access to private Journal entries or other non-public information.
Website Copies & Brand Representation
Do not mirror or repackage the website, embed its pages as your own service, remove ownership notices, or use Mindwell’s branding to suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. This does not restrict truthful references to Mindwell, links, brief attributed excerpts, or summaries allowed above. Other uses of protected site design, code, text, or images require the rights holder’s permission unless applicable law permits them.
No Circumvention Or Misuse
Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, sign-in requirements, bot challenges, or blocks; rotate accounts, devices, or IP addresses to evade restrictions; disguise a scraper as an authorized search crawler; or continue a blocked activity through a third party. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or disrupt the website. The absence of a technical block does not authorize prohibited activity.
Content Rights & Legal Exceptions
Mindwell and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s original text, images, software, design, and selection and arrangement of content. Other rights holders retain their rights in their own material. We do not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas, public facts, or information you lawfully obtain independently from another source.
These terms do not restrict fair use or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit by contract. Permissions given for individual reading, linking, or prompt use do not extend to activities prohibited above.
Information, Availability & External Links
Learn articles and prompts provide general educational and reflection material. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may update content and features and cannot promise that every page will always be available, complete, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Permissions, Enforcement & Changes
The uses expressly allowed above, including search and AI discovery, do not require a separate request. For other uses, contact [email protected] before starting and describe the content, purpose, collection method, scale, and intended distribution. Additional permission must be in writing; silence or previous access does not grant it.
We may limit or block access or revoke permissions for misuse. On notice, you must stop prohibited reuse and remove copies collected or reused in breach of these terms, except where applicable law requires retention or permits the use despite these terms. Ending access does not authorize continued reuse. We may seek court orders and other remedies available under applicable law; no particular outcome is guaranteed.
We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies this version, and we will provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law.
