Delivery is around your selected time. Topic availability can vary. If you choose several topics, a prompt can match one of them; it doesn’t have to match them all.

Opening notification settings in Mindwell
  1. Open an available slot.

    In the mobile app, open Settings, then Custom Notifications. Choose an available slot and select a prompt notification.

  2. Choose a type and topics.

    Pick self-reflection, action, or social. Then select the topics you want to hear from.

  3. Give it a time.

    Choose the days and time, save your choices, and turn the notification on. Use the prompts to write, take action, or start a conversation.

Allow notifications on your phone and turn on the main notification switch in Mindwell. Messages arrive around your selected time.

Do I need a Mindwell account?

Yes. Sign in to set up daily reminders, custom messages, and prompt notifications in the mobile app.

Can I pause notifications?

Yes. Turn off an individual notification or use the main notification switch in Mindwell. You can also change notification permissions in your phone settings.

Will a notification arrive at the exact time I choose?

Notifications are delivered around your selected time. Your device settings and delivery conditions can affect when they appear.
